At Pride Protective Coatings, our process is straightforward and focused on protecting and extending the life of existing roof systems. We take the time to evaluate each roof before recommending any work.

When you call, we’ll ask a few basic questions about your roof and the issues you’re experiencing. This helps us determine the next steps and whether an on-site inspection is needed.

Not every roof needs coating. We inspect the roof to assess overall condition, looking for cracks, seam issues, wear areas, and other signs of deterioration. This evaluation guides any recommendations we make.

Based on the inspection, we explain what we find and outline the options that make sense for the roof. If repairs or coatings are appropriate, we provide a clear quote based on the scope of work and materials required.

Once approved, we schedule the work. Proper surface preparation and repairs are completed before any coating is applied.

Cracks, seams, and problem areas are addressed first, followed by the application of the appropriate coating system according to the needs of the roof.

After completion, we review the work and answer any questions about maintenance or care going forward.
